The organisers have decided to postpone the INGEO&SIG2020 conference because of the global pandemic by COVID-19 that was declared by WHO and the fact that yesterday Croatian government has forbidden all indoor events with more than 100 participants. We must act in the interest of health, which is most important. Thank you for understanding! In the following days we will announce the alternative term for the conference.
Regarding the conference fee and hotel room reservations there are a few options available:
- you can ask for the refund of the conference fee that you paid
- you can leave the conference fee that you paid for the conference for an alternative term
- you should cancel your hotel reservation for the original term of the conference from April 1st till April 4th. You can cancel it until 24th of March free of charge
We hope that all of you understand the situation that we made in the interest of health! We are very sorry for this situation and we hope to find the best possible date for all of us to hold the conference.
